What do I need before checkout?+
An account, complete driver and contact details, a valid driving licence, PDPA consent, and acceptance of the current rental terms.
What do I pay online?+
Only the ฿1,000 Booking Deposit. The remaining rental balance is due at pickup, and the Security Deposit is arranged separately as a card hold or PromptPay-collected liability.
Can I change or cancel online?+
Please contact GoEV if your plans change. Our team will review the booking and explain the available options under your rental terms.
How are pickup and return priced?+
Pickup and delivery fees are included in your booking total.
