What you agree to at checkout.
- • The primary driver must be 20–65 years old on the pickup date and hold a valid driving licence, presented at pickup.
- • The vehicle may not be used for anything illegal or for ride-hailing / commercial passenger services.
- • A ฿1,000 Booking Deposit is charged online and deducted from the balance you pay at pickup. At pickup a Security Deposit is arranged as a card authorization hold or a PromptPay-collected liability, then settled at return after any late fees or damage.
- • Late returns incur ฿300 per started hour; from 5 hours late, one day at the vehicle’s daily rate applies per started day.
- • To change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact GoEV support for assistance under the applicable rental policy.

How GoEV processes your data.
- • Your profile, driving-licence and citizen ID / passport details are collected solely to operate the rental: identity checks, the rental contract, payment, and legally required records.
- • Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest, masked from staff without a need to view them, and every access is audited.
- • Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe and never pass through GoEV servers.
- • You can request account deletion from your profile page at any time. GoEV will review the request and apply any legally required retention period.
Account-deletion requests can be initiated from your signed-in profile.
